WHAT WE CHECK
Color, shape, surface finish, and overall look compared to your approved sample or specification.
We measure key dimensions and weigh products to ensure they match the agreed specifications.
We test product functions — buttons, zippers, electronics, moving parts — to make sure everything works as expected.
Verify correct packaging, barcodes, labels, inserts, and branding elements are in place and properly applied.
Count every item to ensure the shipment quantity matches your order. We check carton markings and packing lists.
We perform AQL sampling to identify defect rates. If defects exceed acceptable limits, we work with the factory to fix issues before shipping.
INSPECTION TYPES
Standard with every order. We inspect finished goods before they leave the factory. Photos and a summary report sent to your WhatsApp.
Mid-production inspection to catch issues early. We check a sample of semi-finished products and report any deviations from your specs.
Comprehensive QC including raw material check, during-production inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection. Best for high-value or first-time orders.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
We photograph products from multiple angles, record videos of functionality tests, and document any issues we find. You see what we see.
A detailed report covering each checkpoint — pass/fail status, defect count, measurements, and our recommendation on whether to ship.
